We’re back! I managed to retrieve and import my archived posts from the last 7-8 years and I’m so relieved. It’s going to take some time and work until I’m satisfied that the blog is back up and running as it should be. Since there are a lot of images missing and formatting is a mess, I’m going to take this opportunity for a bit of a face-lift, and relaunch officially in December… with some big announcements too!
So… I’ll be undertaking a refresh of the entire site, including removing or refreshing all my old content. I have amassed posts back to 2009 which, while they are a lovely chronicle of my journey, don’t reflect where I am right now and how I would like to be of service to you, my readers. However, if there is something in particular that you think must be spared, please sing out so I can save it!
You can still find me on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram in the meantime, and I’d love for you to subscribe to my newsletter so you receive news of the next blog post, my official website updates, plus of course the bonus eBook full of smoothie recipes if you haven’t got it already. I will be sharing some of my news specifically to my subscribers first so if you’re a keen bean then jump on over.
In case you’ve forgotten who I am…
I started this blog Healthy Party Girl (hosted on healthypartygirl.com) in 2008, as a health, fitness, and lifestyle blog, chronicling my personal journey and sharing information I picked up throughout my ongoing studies and personal experimentation in health. In mid-2014, I became a certified Holistic Health Coach and started working with clients. Over time, I have developed a multi-faceted approach to supporting women (and men) construct and celebrate a life of their own design through 1:1 coaching, events, and other supporting services in holistic health, lifestyle transformation, and business.
I also work with doTERRA essential oils for the amazing natural health-supporting properties and the high quality indigenously-grown pure products—not to mention the generous compensation plan. Essential oils are a beautiful complement to many aspects of my business and I’m proud to work with the most beautiful, supportive, ambitious team… and there’s always room for more!
