The last 100 days of 2014: make them count

Yesterday I found out that we are down to the last 100 days in 2014. Far out, when did that happen!

This year has had its challenges for me but I’ve made some huge personal developments, ticked off goals and really looked deep into where I want to be and how I want to feel. For the remaining days of this year, my focus is on my spiritual and creative journey, completing unfinished projects and welcoming coaching clients.

I’m working with one of my favourite coaches—the one-and-only Tara Bliss—on my spiritual practice, in our fortnightly sessions. We’ve explored meditation, feminine energy, chakras, and adding in daily routines. One of those routines is a regular writing practice. I have found that writing is something that I put off “until the rest gets done”, and I consume but I procrastinate creating. It seems sillier the more I think about it. So a little each day for 100 days it is.

Hopefully this whole exercise will get me into a good writing habit and even uncover some gems of insight along the way. I suppose we shall see. Recently I invested in Rachel MacDonald‘s Bright-Eyed & Blog-Hearted course, and the work has just been amazing. I couldn’t believe how in-depth the pre-work was, let alone the weekly content. But now it’s time to do the work.

I’ll be dropping in every day for the rest of the year, so check back regularly for updates or jump on to my Sunday morning newsletter for the weekly wrap-up via the subscription box in the top right of the page if you haven’t already. One of the projects I’m aiming to finish is my eBook, and everyone on the subscription list will be first to get it.

Best wishes for the rest of the year! Let’s make the last 100 days of 2014 count.

Share your thoughts, I'd love to hear from you!
